After your order has been placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order. Please note the following:

If for any reason there’s a delay in processing your order, you will be promptly notified by our customer service team.

6. Shipping to PO Boxes
We do ship to PO boxes in the United States. Please note that some carriers, like UPS, do not deliver to PO boxes, so we may use USPS for such deliveries. Be sure to select the appropriate shipping method at checkout if you have a PO Box.
7. Address Accuracy
It is extremely important that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. To prevent any issues with delivery, please make sure to:

If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance and your package is lost or damaged, we will not be able to process a refund or send a replacement.

Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address, and additional charges may apply for redelivery.
11. Local Pickup (If Available)
We offer local pickup for certain orders in the Fontana, CA area. If you would like to pick up your order in person, you will be given this option during checkout.
