Please note, products returned after 30 days or in unsellable condition (e.g., without original packaging or heavily used) may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using trackable shipping services and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels, and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds: Typically, refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days after the return is processed. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the credit.

  • Non-refundable shipping costs: Any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase (such as express shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges on our website. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and then place a new order. This ensures you get the exact product you want in a timely manner.

8. Canceled Orders
